S136H Tool Steel Mechanical & Performance Properties

1. Excellent corrosion resistance: The high-chromium formula performs outstandingly in environments containing PVC, vinyl acetate, and food-grade plastics, ensuring that the mold surface remains rust-free for a long time.
2. Outstanding mirror polishing performance: polishing can reach Ra ≤ 0.01 μm, suitable for optical molds and transparent product molds.
3. Wear-resistant and with moderate hardness: The factory hardness is 30-36 HRC, and it can work within the 48-52 HRC range as required by processing. It has both wear-resistant and crack-resistant capabilities.
4. Good machinability: Compared with common hardened steel, it has a fast processing speed and is easy to be boring, milling, EDM and polished.
