Plastic Tool Steel
Plastic Tool Steel is a type of tool steel specifically used for manufacturing plastic molding dies, featuring good polishing performance, corrosion resistance, processability, as well as sufficient toughness and wear resistance. According to the requirements of different molding processes, plastic tool steels can be divided into pre-hardened, hardened and corrosion-resistant types, with common grades including P20, 718, S136, etc. This type of steel is widely applied in the manufacturing of injection molds, blow molds, die-casting molds and rubber molds, ensuring that the molds maintain stable dimensional accuracy and surface quality during high-precision processing and long-term production.
