Böhler

Böhler is a standard designation system for Austrian tool steels, developed and applied by Austria’s Böhler Edelstahl GmbH. It covers multiple categories including cold-work steel, hot-work steel, high-speed steel, and stainless tool steel. Böhler tool steels are renowned for their high alloy purity, excellent mechanical properties, and stable heat treatment characteristics. They can maintain outstanding performance in harsh environments requiring high strength, wear resistance, and high-temperature resistance, and are widely used in high-end manufacturing fields such as mold manufacturing, precision machinery, energy, and aerospace.
